Payment is required in advance
Delivery time will be calculated from the date payment is confirmed, so please allow sufficient lead time in your scheduling.
Please also note that once the project has proceeded to the printing stage, refunds cannot be issued for any reason.

The factory is not in operation on weekends and public holidays.
Many customers calculate lead times without counting weekends and public holidays, so please be sure to confirm the schedule based on business days only.
